An autonomous society, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society, under the rural development department, Govt of Bihar has been established to scale up the living of the villagers in Bihar under the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
The society needs a large volume of skilled manpower to implement the “JEEVIKA” model in all 534 blocks of 38 districts in Bihar under the National Rural Livelihood Mission.

Eligibility Criteria Required for BRLPS Consultant Recruitment 2023
Indian nationals who are willing to work with the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society must have any of the following qualifications from a recognized institution/university.
- Consultant- E-Commerce (State Level)
- Postgraduate or higher degree in the Design/Fashion Technology/Fashion Design or allied field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with women collectives.
- Consultant Art & Craft & Stitching (State Level)
- Postgraduate degree or higher in Fashion Management/Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized institute with more than 7 years of experience in working with women collectives (Producer Group/Company)
- Consultant Beekeeping (State Level/District Level)
- At least a Postgraduate in Agriculture and allied sciences (M.Sc.(Ag.), M.Sc.(Horticulture), M.V.Sc., M.F.Sc., etc.) from any recognized university/institution with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- EPOS Consultant- Grameen Bazar (State Level)
- MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing with B. Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution. At least 7 years of experience combining exposure to Software Development, Training and Capacity-Building, MIS, Monitoring, Sales, and Marketing in reputed national-level organizations.
