The education department of Bihar has asked for vacant teacher details from the primary schools in the state. The department has shared a copy of the compiled report with the Bihar Public Service Commission. It has also included a recruitment proposal along with the vacancy report. The commission has released a recruitment notification at the request of the education department.
The commission has planned to conduct a competitive examination against 40506 Head Teachers’ vacant positions. Indian nationals having a graduate degree and B. Ed can register for the mentioned selection test. The registration application window will be opened and continue up to 2nd April 2022.

Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualification) Required for BPSC Head Teacher
Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection of the above post must have passed a graduate degree from a recognized institution/university.
Applicant must hold a D.L.Ed./B. T./B. Ed/B.A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed Degree along with the above-mentioned educational qualification from a recognized institution.
He/She must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test Conducted for teacher appointments on or after 2012.

The Bihar Public Service Commission has got integrated a payment gateway to accept intimation charges and application fees. The respective bank will charge a convenience fee to accept the above category-wise fees. The sum amount will be detected from the bank account that an applicant will provide while filling up the online application form.
