Any Indian national willing to participate in the selection test under Advt. No. – 02/2023 must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognized institution/university.
Applicants who are willing to be posted as Instructor (Stenography) must have a Maulvi Certificate or ITI recognized from NCVT/SCVT or a Diploma from a recognized institution, which will also be considered equivalent to Intermediate (10+2).

Disabled candidates will get relaxation up to 10 years in their category-wise upper age limit as per letter number 962 dated – 22.01.2021 General Administration Department, Bihar.
The state government employees of Bihar who have completed at least 3 years of service as regular employees of the state government and are willing to be posted in higher salary posts will get up to 5 years of relaxation at the upper age limit of their category.
Ex-servicemen will get relaxation up to the number of years served in the defence forces and up to 03 years, but the upper age of the applicant applying all applicable relaxation rules must not be more than 53 years.
