Intending Indian citizens having at least a graduate degree can register for admission to the examination centre. Bank of India PO recruitment examination notification has been released by the bank and published on its official website on 1st February 2023.
On successful completion of one-year training, the probation officers will be announced successful in Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance and placed on a regular pay scale of ₹ 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840

Eligibility Criteria for Probationary Officer Post Under Bank of India
Credit Officer – Indian citizens, intending to participate in the selection test must have a graduate degree from a GOI-recognized university.
IT Officer – Indian citizens, intending to participate in the selection test must have a 4 years Engineering/Technology degree from a GOI-recognized university.
The four-year degree must be one of the following –
Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/

The upper age limit specified below is applicable to general and economically weaker section categories of candidates.

Application Fee/Intimation Charges
Applicants will have to lose their pocket as the application along with examination fees, despite their category. The bank has divided candidates into two categories, General, EWS, and OBC comes in a category who will have to pay ₹ 850 whereas SC, ST, and PWD belong to another category of candidates who have to pay ₹ 175.

The bank can levy transaction charges for online payment services and the amount will be added to the application /intimation charges. And the system will ask for payment of the sum amount of the transaction charge and application/intimation charge.
Despite acceptance or rejection of any application, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Course Fee for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF)
The bank will induct only those candidates who will successfully complete one year course for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF). BOI exam date 2023 has not been decided and included in its official notification.
The bank will announce actual date of examination and will be intimated by its official website.
The fee for the above said PGDBF course of one year is ₹ 3,50,000 which can be paid by the selected candidates as per the following schedule –
